DigiFusion allows you to customize header settings for individual pages and posts, giving you complete control over how your header appears on different parts of your website.
Accessing Page-Specific Header Settings
Navigate to any page or post editor in your WordPress dashboard. In the sidebar (Gutenberg editor) or metabox area (Classic editor), you’ll find the “DigiFusion Page Settings” panel.
Available Header Options
Disable Header
You can completely hide the header on specific pages by enabling the “Disable Header” option. This is useful for landing pages or special content where you want a clean, distraction-free layout.
Header Type
Choose between different header display modes:
- Minimal – Clean, simple header layout
- Transparent – Header overlays the content with a transparent background
Custom Logo
Override the site-wide logo with a page-specific logo. Click “Select Logo” to choose a different logo image that will only appear on this specific page or post.
Menu Colors
Customize the navigation menu colors independently from your global header settings:
- Normal Color – Default color for menu links
- Hover Color – Color when users hover over menu items
- Current Color – Color for the active/current page menu item
Header Settings Implementation
The page-specific settings work through a priority system:
- Page-specific settings override global theme settings
- If no page-specific setting is defined, the global Customizer setting is used
- Theme defaults are used as final fallback
Saving and Publishing
Page-specific header settings are automatically saved when you update or publish the page. Changes take effect immediately on the frontend.
